1. Service description

Seoul Astrology provides personalised digital Korean Saju readings delivered electronically, including:

• Korean Saju Life Path Reading
• Korean Saju Couple Reading
• Premium Korean Saju Decision Reading

2. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for accurately providing:

• Birth date
• Calendar type
• Birth time, where known
• Birthplace
• Your relevant question and context
• Permission to provide another person's information for a Couple Reading

3. Service commencement

Work on your reading begins only after you have submitted a completed intake form following your order.

4. Delivery

The estimated delivery timeframe, where provided, begins after we receive a complete intake form and any required clarification. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not included in the estimated timeframe.

5. Scope of each reading

The Life Path Reading covers the scope described on the relevant product page. The Couple Reading covers the relationship analysis of the two individuals whose information is submitted. The Premium Decision Reading focuses on one primary decision or crossroads. None of these readings include unlimited follow-up consultation, phone consultation, voice consultation or video consultation.

6. Personal use

Your reading is provided for your personal use. It may not be resold, redistributed or published without our permission.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

Readings are interpretive and do not guarantee a particular event, result, financial outcome, relationship outcome or life decision.

8. Not professional advice

Readings are provided for personal insight and reflection only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. See the Disclaimer for full details.

9. Intellectual property

The design, copy, report structure and content of Seoul Astrology belong to Seoul Astrology. We do not claim ownership of the personal information you submit to us.

10. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
