Refund and Cancellation Policy

Seoul Astrology provides personalised digital services prepared using the information submitted by each customer. Please review the following policy before purchasing.

Before preparation begins

If you need to cancel an order, contact hello@seoulastrology.comas soon as possible. A cancellation and refund may be available if preparation of the personalised reading has not begun.

After preparation has begun

Because each reading is individually prepared using the customer's birth information and questions, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once preparation has begun or after the completed reading has been delivered.

Incorrect or incomplete customer information

Customers are responsible for checking their birth date, calendar type, birth time and birthplace before submitting the intake form. Corrections received before preparation begins can usually be applied. If substantial work must be repeated because incorrect information was supplied after preparation began, an additional fee may apply. We will explain any additional charge before carrying out the revised work.

Problems with the service

If a reading is not supplied, is materially different from the purchased service description, or there is another problem with the service, contacthello@seoulastrology.com with the order email and a description of the issue so that we can review the appropriate remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount, contacthello@seoulastrology.com and include the email address used at checkout. Do not send full card details by email.
